Are you someone who stays calm under pressure, cares deeply about people, and thrives when making a real difference? Venture People is looking for compassionate, reliable Waking Night Mental Health Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Eastbourne, East Sussex.

Please note that our 2026/2027 pay rates are under review and will be agreed and updated shortly.

About the RoleAbout the Role

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the people we support throughout the night. This includes:

Providing emotional reassurance and practical support.
Monitoring wellbeing and responding to needs as they arise.
Supporting with evening and morning routines.
Keeping accurate, clear records.
Working closely with the day team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
