In this Mental Health Nurse role you will be joining a brand-new, purpose-built care centre which offers care for a wide range of conditions, making for a unique opportunity to develop your existing nursing skills. You will be part of a highly skilled and compassionate MDT, that has both your personal and professional development at heart.
In this Mental Health Nurse role you will:
Assess and develop person-centred care plans
Liaise with GPs and other health professionals to ensure that residents receive the medical and clinical support they require
Provide therapeutic interventions and effectively manage crises
Build good relationships with residents and their families
Criteria to apply:
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
Good knowledge / use of clinical care systems and governance
