Are you an experienced Mental Health Nurse looking for a rewarding role in a specialist healthcare provider? Our client, a leading name in mental health services and rehabilitation, is on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse to join their team in South West London.

This Charge Nurse role offers an excellent salary of £37,439 plus a generous £5,000 Welcome Bonus + £5,400 living wage allowance and a host of benefits including free on-site parking, supplemented meals, and a whopping 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and your birthday off!

As a Charge Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
Delivering high-quality, safe nursing care in compliance with the NMC Code
Coordinating care, leading comprehensive nursing assessments, and evaluating person-centred care
Supervising junior staff and students, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team
Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment and keeping accurate recordsAs a Charge Nurse, you'll enjoy:

An active NMC PIN and be a registered nurse
A minimum of 6 months post-qualifying experience
