Are you a Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) looking for a new challenge? We are hiring on behalf of a leading provider of behavioural care and specialist support services in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a 31-bedded mental health rehabilitation and recovery service in Solihull, where you'll be making a real and lasting difference to the lives of the people you help.

This role offers a fantastic salary of up to £40,455, plus a £5,000 bonus. You'll also have the opportunity to earn extra enhancements for overtime and bank holidays. Not to mention, the chance to work in a stable and established multi-disciplinary team, focusing on patient partnership and working in the least restrictive way.

A qualification as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) or nearing the end of your nursing degree/masters
Knowledge of NMC guidelines, requests and professional practices
Evidence of post registration continuing professional development
A positive attitude and dedication to change, improvement and quality
The ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise
