Description:

Are you a corporate travel / hospitality specialist, who thrives on the big stage? Perhaps you have been working in meetings and events, conferencing, group bookings or VIP/executive travel?

This M&E Coordinator role will support the coordination of international conferences, corporate meetings, and bespoke incentive trips for premier global clients.

If you are ready to move beyond routine point-to-point bookings and step into strategic, end-to-end event logistics, this is your opportunity to build a high-visibility career within a rapidly growing global TMC.

Salary on offer up to £35,000 plus excellent benefits package that includes bonus, 25 days holidays (plus bank holidays), life assurance cover, pension and staff discounts.

This is a company that believes in meaningful connection, without the daily commute! This is a home working role, but you must be happy to visit your local office (London, Hampshire or Glasgow) once per month as a minimum (more if you want!)

What You’ll Do:

Manage complex group air movements, multi-location departures, venue sourcing, and ground arrangements for events of all scales.
Using Sabre and Amadeus GDS for intricate group flight ticketing, fare builds, manual reissues, and disruption management under tight deadlines.
Partner with airlines, hotels, and transport providers to secure competitive group rates and value-adds while managing budgets.
Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate event organizers, delivering calm, rapid problem-solving during live event disruptions.
Manage group invoicing, bill-backs, and compliance with client travel policies, GDPR, and duty-of-care standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience booking corporate group travel, meetings, or complex events within a TMC or travel agency environment.
Hands-on working knowledge of Sabre and Amadeus GDS for group air management and ticketing.
Strong organisation skills, sharp attention to detail, and experience managing invoices or client billing processes.
Exceptional written and spoken English, with the confidence to handle multi-faceted client requests under pressure.

Join an ambitious, tech-invested corporate travel company, where your operational expertise directly shapes unforgettable corporate events worldwide. Apply today
