Medical Secretary
Cambridge & Surrounding Towns
Temporary to Permanent Opportunities Available
From £15.20 per hour
We are currently working with a number of GP Practices across Cambridge and the surrounding towns who are looking to recruit experienced Medical Secretaries.
These positions offer the opportunity to start on a temporary basis with the potential to secure a permanent role.
Requirements:
* Previous GP Medical Secretary experience is essential
* Knowledge of either EMIS or SystmOne
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively
Duties May Include:
* Referral management and processing
* Typing and preparing medical correspondence
* Managing consultant and GP correspondence
* Audio typing and document management
* Handling iGPRs, medical reports, and patient records
* Supporting clinicians and the wider practice team
* General secretarial and administrative duties
