Look no further! Our client is a established GP practice in Hounslow and they seeking a motivated Receptionist/Administrator to join their friendly team and help meet the growing demand for patient care.
As our Receptionist/Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in directing incoming patient calls, confirming appointments with practitioners, and recalling patients when needed. You'll need to handle challenging patients with ease and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. Additionally, you'll assist the Practice Manager with various tasks as required, including providing assistance on reception when needed.
This is a full-time permanent position, offering 40 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday, with the option to start at 8am or finish at 6:30pm. To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in a GP Practice, or medical call centre, as well as excellent written and spoken English and computer skills.
