Medical Receptionist
Luton & Surrounding Areas
Temporary to Permanent Opportunities Available
From £14.24 per hour
We are currently working with a number of GP Practices across Luton and the surrounding areas who are looking to recruit experienced Medical Receptionists.
These positions offer the opportunity to start on a temporary basis with the potential to secure a permanent role.
Requirements:
* Previous GP Reception experience is essential
* Knowledge of either EMIS or SystmOne
* Excellent communication and patient-facing skills
* Ability to work within a busy Primary Care environment
Duties May Include:
* Greeting and assisting patients
* Booking appointments
* Managing incoming calls and emails
* Care navigation and signposting
* Processing prescriptions and referrals
* General administrative support
