Position: Medical Receptionist
Location: Bustling Clinic in Milngavie Scotland (where every day is a new adventure!)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
(Plus the potential for a late-night on a Thursday and a rotational Saturday shift - because healthcare never sleeps!)

What You'll Be Doing:

Greeting patients with a smile and making them feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.
Managing appointments, phone calls, and patient records with ninja-like precision.
Coordinating with our incredible medical staff to ensure the clinic runs like a well-oiled machine.
Handling queries and providing top-notch customer service, repairs, and general enquiries, ensuring every patient leaves happier than when they arrived.
Keeping our reception area looking fabulous and functional.
