Description:
Talentmark are recruiting for a Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 6 months. This role is hybrid with 50% time in Tadworth and 50% home working.

Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist Role:
Research and respond to inquiries received via multiple channels.
Document the inquiry and response accurately and completely according to relevant Standard Operating Procedures .
Ensure continuity and quality of service for customers across all countries of cover.
Provide response in customer’s local language using approved resources in English.
Identify and report adverse events and product quality complaints within required timelines.Your Background:
This role requires fluency in Dutch, and English is a must.
Hold a relevant degree in a scientific subject (pharmacy degree preferred) or have equivalent working experience.
Some work experience in medical information
Understanding of the regulatory and compliance issues relating to the medical functionApply:
