Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist
Job Type: Temporary
Location: Surrey/Remote
Languages required: Danish & English (C1 or higher)
Rate: up to £23.30 per hour
SRG are collaborating with a global Pharmaceutical Company who have a key opportunity for a Danish speaking Medical Information Specialist to support the team for a 9 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience within a similar role in the life sciences space and is looking to work with a leading pharma client. The role is office-based in Tadworth, but some home-working is available.
Main Responsibilities may include:
Provide technical & medical information proficiently to Healthcare Professionals and patients/caregivers in the chosen languages
Research and generate responses for medical enquiries via multiple channels
Assist with second-line content management activities
Frontline Medical Information Request Management.
Create and maintain Medical Information documents
Maintain broad knowledge & understanding of designated therapeutic area
Maintain compliance with relevant trainings, SOPs etc.
Skills/experience required:
Life sciences degree and/or postgraduate qualification
Prior experience within Medical Information needed
Proficiency within Danish and English is essential (C1 or higher)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Understanding of the regulatory and compliance issues relating to the medical function
Experience within a customer focused role / commercial setting (desirable)
