Key Responsibilities:
Manage service contracts independently, ensuring exceptional technical support and customer satisfaction.
Conduct accuracy tests and calibrations of medical devices in various healthcare settings.
Utilize basic IT skills for software operations essential to service tasks.
Serve as a frontline representative of the company with a strong work ethic and customer-focused approach.
Occasional overnight stays as necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience in technical service with demonstrated longevity in previous roles.
Competency in basic software usage and IT skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Ideally based in South East England.
