Location: Coventry

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, (Apply online only) (One hour unpaid lunch)

Salary: £18 p/h (£37,500 p/a)

Employment Type: Ongoing work

Join our client’s team in Coventry as a Mechanical Vehicle Technician! With operations throughout the UK, our client is a leader the automotive & logistics industry.

The Role:

* Perform comprehensive diagnosis and repairs of mechanical issues on a variety of vehicles, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, especially when dealing with high voltage EV systems.

* Utilise diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve specific electrical issues on vehicles.

* Install and wire EV components with precision and attention to detail, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.

* Collaborate closely with team members to troubleshoot complex problems and provide effective solutions.

* Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity in the workshop environment.

What Kind of Person Are We Looking For?

* EV Qualified Technician preferred, but Level 3 qualification considered.

* Significant vehicle diagnosis and repair experience.

* Full Driving Licence required.

* Previous experience in a similar role.

* High attention to detail and quality of work.

* Ability to work fast and efficiently
