What will you be doing?
Carrying out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance
Fault finding and repairing mechanical equipment
Overhauling and replacing components
Fitting and assembling mechanical equipment
Completing PPMs, inspections and maintenance records
Responding to equipment breakdowns and supporting emergency activities
Working within strict Permit to Work, H&S and process safety procedures
Undertaking confined space work following specialist training
Participating in an on-call rota and occasional short-notice overtime

Where will you be doing it?
You'll be working at a safety-critical fuel storage and distribution facility, helping keep essential mechanical equipment safe, reliable and operational. The role offers a hands-on engineering environment with strong emphasis on process safety and operational reliability.

What will you need?
Mechanical Engineering qualification / completed apprenticeship
Experience in mechanical maintenance, repair and fault finding
Industrial or safety-critical experience is desirable
Good understanding of PPM and safe working procedures
Willingness to undertake specialist training, on-call duties and overtime
