As a Mechanical Technician / Mechanical Engineer / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the entire system. You will be joining their dynamic team at a fuel storage facility in Gosport.

Duties and responsibilities of the Mechanical Technician / Mechanical Engineer / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
• Be able to planned maintenance schedules with precision and efficiency.
• Identify and report defects for swift resolution
• Work with the Depot Engineer to maintain meticulous PPM records.
• Prepare work areas for maintenance tasks
• Diagnostic skills to pinpoint faults in complex systems
• Understand technical drawings, P&IDs, and isometric diagrams.
• Possess a thorough understanding of Safe Systems of Work (SSOW), Risk Assessments (RAMs), and Permit to Work (PTW) procedures.
• Assist with Control of Works and Permit to Work procedures.
Qualifications and requirement for the Mechanical Technician / Mechanical Engineer / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
• Certified Mechanical Technician with qualifications such as a Craft Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 2 in Engineering Operations or Pipework Systems, Level 3 BTEC/NVQ in Mechanical Maintenance, and completed Flange Management Training.
• Proficient with rotating and static equipment.
• Medically fit and able to work in confined spaces with supplied breathing equipment.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate computer records and keep paperwork accurate and timely.
• ** Must Hold a full UK drivers license
• Must be able to travel to Gosport for work
