Description:
We are looking for a Mechanical (HVAC) Supervisor for a 9 month Building Services installation project on a Healthcare facility in Stockport, Greater Manchester.
Ideally you will be time served as a Pipe fitter / Plumber working on commercial Building Services projects such as Hospitals, Commercial office buildings, Prisons, Schools etc. and have then moved into supervisory positions over a number of years, you must have a valid JIB / Engineering Skills CSCS card and SSSTS or SMSTS Certificate.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone experienced and capable of either looking after a self-delivery or subcontract package of up to 20 mechanical pipefitters / plumbers installing heating and plumbing systems ideally on Hospital / Healthcare or similar commercial projects.

This Job runs till Feb 2025,
Hourly Rate:
£ 30.00/Hr for all hours Mon - Fri (paid weekly on a CIS basis).
