Description:
The On-Site Group Global are looking for a Site Supervisor with a background in HVAC for a project in Frankfurt, Germany starting ASAP.
Rate:
* €40/hour (travel & accomodation to be provided by yourself)
Duties:
* Supervising site activities.
* Prepare Health & Safety documentation as per client’s requirements.
* Tracking clients programme to ensure we are in line with the project time frame.
* Managing resources and identifying skills sets required to carry out tasks.
* Identifying materials and equipment that may be required.
* Ensuring work is carried out accurately, following drawings and specifications.
* Ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
* Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site.
* Adhering to all Health & Safety policies on site and ensuring total compliance to these by our team of Engineers, General Ops and Apprentices.
* Ensure all aspects of the work carried out meet with contractual requirements and that the contract is delivered on time, within budget and of excellent quality.
* Installation to be followed as per manufactures installation guidelines.
* Maintaining detailed and accurate progress reports.
* Record daily activity task sheets for all site tasks.
* Communicating project progress to contracts director.
Hours:
* Monday – Friday 7am – 17:00
* Saturday: 7am – 1pm

* SSSTS/SMSTS
* ECS/CSCS/VCA
* IPAF
* First Aid (beneficial)
* EU Passport (not UK Passport) or German Visa/Residency
