Mechanical Supervisor – Data Centre – Bracknell
Location: Bracknell
Start: ASAP
Contract: 6-month rolling contract
Rate: £31.50 per hour
Hours: 45–50 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30/17:00
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a major Data Centre project in Bracknell.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing specialist mechanical subcontractors delivering packages including:

Ventilation
*
Pipework / Piping
*
Air Conditioning
*
Associated mechanical services
*
Testing and commissioning activities
This is primarily a subcontractor and package management role rather than a direct man-management position.
You will oversee approximately 10–12 operatives working through the mechanical subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, correctly and in line with programme requirements.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Mechanical Supervisor
*
Previous Data Centre experience
*
Strong experience managing mechanical subcontractors and packages
*
Experience across ventilation, pipework and air conditioning systems
*
Able to identify and manage technical issues through to resolution
*
Experience taking mechanical works/issues through to commissioning
*
Strong understanding of mechanical installation, testing and commissioning processes
ASAP start available with an initial 6-month contract and ongoing rolling work
