To be successful you will need
Minimum of five years' experience, preferably within a Facilities Management (FM) environment or similar sectors such as military or healthcare.
Qualified plumber holding certifications such as C&G 6035 (Plumbing), C&G 6189 (Plumbing & Heating), and NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, or equivalent.
Familiarity with Water Supply Regulation and Control of Legionella L8 requirements
