Mechanical Supervisor – Super Prime Residential - North West London
We are working with a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join the delivery of a prestigious super prime residential development in North West London.
With an MEP value of approximately £50m, this landmark project is being delivered for one of the UK's most respected main contractors and offers the opportunity to work on one of London's most high-profile residential developments.
This is a long-term opportunity with a contractor that has an exceptional pipeline of major projects across London, providing genuine career progression and continuity of work beyond this scheme.
The Role:
Reporting to the Mechanical Construction Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of mechanical installation works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, to programme and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
* Managing large mechanical trades teams and specialist subcontractors on site.
* Coordinating daily mechanical installation activities.
* Monitoring quality, progress and productivity across mechanical packages.
* Ensuring all works are delivered in accordance with programme and project specifications.
* Carrying out site inspections and maintaining high QA standards.
* Promoting and enforcing health & safety procedures on site.
* Coordinating with project management and other disciplines to ensure efficient delivery.
* Assisting with commissioning preparation, inspections and project handover.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on large-scale M&E projects.
* Experience managing sizeable mechanical trades teams and subcontractors.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical building services installations.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* SMSTS or SSSTS and CSCS card preferred.
