Description:

Client: Our client is a M&E Contractor who have been operating for 20+ years and specialise in the Commercial Office Fit Out sector (Cat A / Cat B). They stereotypically take on HVAC and plumbing systems, Electrical design and installation, Structured cabling and network infrastructure and Building services maintenance and support. All projects tend to be fast paced and value between £100k - £1m.
Role: Mechanical Supervisor - Central London - £260-£280 Per Day
Reporting into the Lead Project Manager, the project is a full Cat B office fit out.
Responsibilities:
* Overseeing mechanical works and supervising onsite teams
* Ordering and managing materials
* Reviewing drawings
* Coordinating with other trades and the main contractor
* Managing on site Health & Safety
* Completing all relevant paperwork
Experience Required:
* 2+ years off the tools in a supervisory or lead role
* Proven experience within office fit-out projects (Cat A or Cat B)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
