Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a commercial M&E project in South London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Mechanical Supervisor with strong commercial building services experience. The role is available for an immediate start on a full-time, 4-month contract, offering £260–£280 per day, depending on experience.
A company laptop and mobile phone will be provided.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise mechanical installation works on a commercial construction project.
*
Manage mechanical subcontractors and site operatives.
*
Coordinate daily activities with site management and other trades.
*
Monitor progress against project programmes and deadlines.
*
Ensure installations meet specifications, quality standards and health and safety requirements.
*
Review mechanical drawings and resolve technical issues on site.
*
Carry out quality checks and report progress to project management.
Requirements
*
Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial M&E projects.
*
Strong knowledge of mechanical building services installations.
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
*
Good leadership, communication and organisational skills.
*
Valid Black CSCS Manager card required.
*
Right to work in the UK.
*
Available to start ASAP.
