The Role and Its Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee a large hospital project in Chester. This role requires a highly skilled individual with strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems and team leading. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the project's success, from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include:

Supervising and coordinating all mechanical aspects of the hospital project, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and within set timelines.
Managing a team of mechanical engineers and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conducting regular site inspections and progress reviews, identifying and addressing any issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution.
Implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the required standards.
Overseeing the preparation and management of project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
