Mechanical Site Manager
Company: An independent company based in the Midlands, who specialise in high quality design and build contract work. Their main focus is on office fit out (Cat A and Cat B) and ground up construction work including large hotels.
As Mechanical Site Manager, you will be expected to use good communication to liaise with clients and construction professionals to arrange schedules and direct activities.
Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Project Manager, reporting on health & safety and site related matters. Ensuring the sub-contractors are working to the design specifications.
The project is a £1.2M Commercial fit out with more work opportunities for the right person.
