Mechanical Site Manager / Supervisor

Job Title: Site Manager / Supervisor - Prestigious Retail Projects
Location: London
Rate: £300 - £330 per day (DOE)
Contract Type: Long-Term Contract
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Site Manager / Supervisor to join our team on a long-term contract basis, overseeing works on prestigious retail buildings across Central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in ductwork, piping, and controls, who is confident managing high-end commercial M&E installations to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day site management and supervision of mechanical and electrical works
*
Coordination of subcontractors and in-house teams
*
Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to specification
*
Liaising with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders
*
Quality control and snagging of M&E systems (ductwork, pipework, controls, etc.)
Requirements:
*
Proven experience in a similar supervisory or site management role
*
Solid knowledge of ductwork, piping, and controls installations
*
SSSTS or SMSTS (essential)
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
*
CSCS card and relevant health & safety certifications
