Mechanical Site Supervisor / Site Manager to oversee the mechanical fit-out on a mixed-use development comprising apartments and retail units.
Live site - Subcontractors active on site. Role is for a local Site Manager
Responsibilities include:
* Overseeing mechanical subcontractors
* Liaising with the Contracts Manager
* Attending site meetings
* Ensuring quality and progress are maintained
* Coordinating with the wider site team
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Start: Immediate
Day Rate: Negotiable on experience
