Mechanical Site Manager
Job Location: Plymouth
RGsetsquare recruitment is working with FM and Construction Companies who are responsible for managing a mixture of reactive and planned maintenance contracts across UK.
Rate: £35/hr Umb CIS
Duration: 8 months temp
To lead with the mechanical install of an ASHP system, LTHW, Chilled water, BCWS, CAT5, drainage installations, soldered, brazed, screwed and flanged. Including containment and setting out. Booking in of deliveries and attending some site meetings. Controlling Q.A documents, the site labour and tasks. Programme reporting. Completing 2 and 4 week look ahead, marking up progress drawings
SSSTS, CSCS card gold minimum, 1st aid, IPAF. Knowledge of Dalux advantageous.
