Mechanical Site Manager
Location: Leeds
Project: Commercial

We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join a commercial project in Leeds.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager with a strong background in commercial construction and the ability to manage mechanical works safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
*
Manage and supervise mechanical works on site from installation through to completion.
*
Coordinate mechanical subcontractors and site teams.
*
Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
*
Liaise with the Project Manager, Site Management and other trades.
*
Monitor progress and report any issues or delays.
*
Ensure RAMS and site procedures are followed.
*
Carry out regular site inspections and quality checks.
*
Coordinate deliveries, materials and plant.
*
Maintain high standards of health & safety on site.
*
Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
*
Assist with commissioning, snagging and project handover.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager on commercial projects.
*
CSCS card – essential.
*
SSSTS minimum – essential.
*
Strong knowledge of mechanical building services.
*
Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
*
Good understanding of health & safety and construction procedures.
*
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and specifications.
*
Strong communication and organisational skills.
*
Relevant mechanical qualifications are desirable
