Site Manager / Site Engineer - Mechanical Pipework

Salary: Competitive (DOE) - CIS or PAYE
Due to continued project wins and an increasing workload, we are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager / Site Engineer to join a leading engineering contractor delivering mechanical installation projects across the industrial and process sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in mechanical pipework installations to join a growing team working on high-profile engineering projects.
The Role
As Site Manager / Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site activities and coordinate labour, subcontractors and suppliers.
Supervise mechanical pipework installation works.
Ensure all works are completed in accordance with health and safety legislation.
Monitor project progress, quality and programme.
Liaise with clients, project managers and engineering teams.
Maintain site documentation, RAMS and permits.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standards.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager or Site Engineer.
Strong background in mechanical pipework installations (essential).
Experience working within industrial, process, manufacturing, food & beverage or pharmaceutical environments is advantageous.
SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
Valid CSCS Card.
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.
