Mechanical Shift Supervisor

Description:

We are actively looking for a Mechanical Shift Supervisor to join a further education institute in the Warwickshire area on a permanent basis. In return you will receive hybrid working, flexible working hours, 33 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension scheme and the opportunity to obtain further training and qualifications.

As the Mechanical Shift Supervisor you will be:

Ensure all buildings are compliant in line with company and safety regulations
To make sure any customer issues or inquiries are resolved
Monitor performance of the team and provide feedback and training when relevant
Train and provide support to new and existing employees
Overseeing team of mechanical and electrical operatives across sites
Experience working with electrical and mechanical building services
As the Mechanical Shift Supervisor you will need:

Have an in depth understanding of Health & Safety practices
Be qualified to at least least City and Guilds, preferably to HNC/NVQ3
Previous experience working within mechanical or electrical building services
As the Mechanical Shift Supervisor you will receive:

£40,637 - £44,588 (including shift supplement)
Hybrid working
Flexible working hours
Pension scheme
33 days annual leave plus bank holidays
