Shift Pattern: Continental Shift Pattern (Days Only) – 7:00am to 7:00pm
Call-Out Rota: 1 in 4 weeks
Mechanical Shift Engineer – Corporate Office Building
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanical Shift Engineer to join our engineering team at a prestigious corporate office building in the heart of Mayfair.

The Role
As a Mechanical Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical building services, ensuring the building remains fully operational and maintained to the highest standards.
Your duties will include:
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
* Maintaining mechanical plant including HVAC systems, pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, pressurisation units, pipework, and associated plant.
* Responding promptly to building faults and equipment failures.
* Undertaking routine inspections and plant checks.
* Supporting specialist contractors and monitoring works on site.
* Completing all maintenance records using the site's CAFM system.
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures and statutory regulations.
* Participating in the 1 in 4 call-out rota.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
* Previous experience working within commercial building maintenance or corporate office environments.
* A recognised mechanical engineering qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* A proactive and professional approach to maintenance.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
