Description:

I am currently recruiting for a Shift Mechanical Engineer in Salford.

General Overview:

* A Sound mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems is essential.

* Experience of working on Commercial Hot and Cold-water Systems is essential.

* Approved and formal apprenticeship served in Plumbing/Mechanical skill area required or relevant and practical experience within a similar industry

* Sound awareness of risk assessment & working safely with equipment

* Complete all statutory and non-statutory maintenance in accordance with set maintenance schedules and contract SLA's

* Complete reactive works in line with contract SLA's

* Sound knowledge of Health & Safety including ISO 9001 & 14,001

* Ability to measure, work to plans (method statements), read technical diagrams and communicate, present and report technical information as appropriate to trade/ skill

This is a full-time role working 38.5 hours per week

4 on 4 off (2 day shifts 7am – 7pm followed by 2 nights 7pm – 7am)

£25PH umbrella PAYE

Immediate starts available

Temp to perm or just temporary opportunities available
