Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to keep projects moving

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and H&S compliance

Take ownership of budgets, cost control, and financial performance

Act as the main client interface, ensuring clear communication and delivery expectations are met

Oversee commissioning and handover, ensuring nothing is left to chance at final stage

Identify risks early and implement practical mitigation strategies

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, CDM regulations, and company procedures

Support and mentor junior staff, contributing to long-term team development

What They’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within M&E / Building Services
