This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a highly respected Building Services contractor delivering projects across the commercial, healthcare, industrial, education, and specialist sectors.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, the company is looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager to support the successful delivery of a varied portfolio of mechanical building services projects across the South Coast and wider region.

Mechanical package values typically range from £1m to £4m, offering the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high-quality projects whilst developing your career within an established and growing contractor.

The Role – Mechanical Project Manager

You will take ownership of mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and to a high standard.

Working closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal delivery teams, you will coordinate project delivery, manage programme requirements, oversee technical compliance, and support successful commercial outcomes.

The role offers the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of mechanical building services projects whilst developing your career within a respected and growing contractor.

Requirements

* Proven experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager within Building Services.

* Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, plant, pipework, ventilation, and public health services.

* Experience delivering mechanical building services projects within contractor environments.

* Good commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery.

* Strong organisational, communication, and client-facing skills.

* Full UK Driving Licence.
