Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £55k - £60k, plus Travel expenses, Bonus scheme, Pension options, Company events, Phone and Laptop
The Company
Based in Horsham, the company are a growing M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services from design through to installation to various sectors including Commercial and Office Fit Out projects, with project values ranging from £20k up to £200k. You will oversee and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all operational activities are delivered to the agreed time and within budget
* Assist in the tendering of new projects
* Manage and support the site team(s)
* Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring quality of the works, adequate progress and sufficient resources are available to maintain contract programmes
Desirable Experience and Skills:
* Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, or similar role, i.e. Mechanical Contracts Manager
* Experience in managing Mechanical Building Services projects within the commercial sector from inception through to completion
* Experience in estimating Mechanical works would be advantageous
* Strong communication and client facing skills
