•Oversee quality control, inspections, testing, commissioning and snagging.
•Ensure project documentation, risk assessments, method statements and handover records are completed accurately.
•Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, manage costs and enhance project performance.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience managing mechanical building services projects and the ability to take ownership of multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of delivery.

You will be an organised, commercially aware and solutions-focused professional who can build strong relationships with clients and project teams alike.

•A good understanding of health and safety requirements within construction or facilities management.
•Strong commercial awareness, including cost control and variation management.
•Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
•The ability to manage competing deadlines and resolve issues effectively.
•A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South and South East.

Desirable:

•A relevant mechanical engineering or building services qualification.
•SMSTS or an equivalent site management safety qualification.
•Experience working in live, occupied or operational buildings.
•Experience within facilities management, healthcare, education, defence or other complex environments.
•Knowledge of commissioning procedures and mechanical systems handover requirements.
