We have been engaged to assist our Client, a new mechanical (HVAC) building services contractor in the east of our region, with their recruitment of an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer.
The Company:
An independent mechanical contractor, not long established but led by a leading figure within building services. They have a turnover approaching £750K and a busy order book of projects ranging from £60K to £300K.
The role:
This position exists due to the business’s success to date and to allow it to expand. The Owner is looking for someone to work alongside him in all aspects of the business. Within a contractor, all duties are broadly divided into operational, commercial and design. With this being an owner-run enterprise, we are looking for a widely experienced HVAC building services professional, able to look after all three key activities, essentially capable of taking a project from inception to completion.
The person:
Your experience will come from the building services contracting sector, and you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to demanding levels of customer service. You will have made your way into management either through the tools or through an academic route. Whatever your background, you will need to be able to operate at all levels of the business as you help it drive its ongoing growth.
