London | £80,000 - £90,000 + Package
The Opportunity
We are currently working with a well-established, award-winning M&E contractor with a strong presence across London and an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality building services projects.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team and work across a portfolio of prestigious commercial fit-out projects in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong technical reputation, established client relationships and a growing project portfolio.
The Role
Leading mechanical project delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
Coordinating mechanical design, installation, testing and commissioning.
Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical information.
Working closely with project, design and commercial teams.
Monitoring programme, quality and technical delivery.
Attending design and progress meetings.
Coordinating commissioning and handover.
Resolving technical issues and ensuring projects remain on programme.
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.You should have:
Proven experience delivering mechanical packages on fit-out projects.
Strong mechanical building services knowledge.
Experience working for an M&E contractor or main contractor.
Experience taking projects through to completion and handover.
Strong technical and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
