Central London | Permanent | Up to £80,000 per annum + Package
Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking to join a well-established M&E Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial projects across London
Our client is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a range of commercial fit-out projects throughout Central London. The Role
As Mechanical Project Manager, you will take ownership of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing multiple commercial fit-out projects across Central London.
Coordinating mechanical subcontractors and site teams.
Producing and managing project programmes, procurement schedules and labour resources.
Attending client and site meetings while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Monitoring project progress, budgets and commercial performance.
Ensuring all health & safety procedures are adhered to.
Managing quality control, commissioning and project handover.
Working closely with internal commercial, design and electrical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the M&E or Building Services sector.
Proven track record delivering commercial fit-out projects.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project deadlines.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification (preferred).
Full UK driving licence.
