Mechanical Project Manager – Pre-Construction and site based
Location: West London & Surrey (Office & Site Based)
Salary: £70,000–£80,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits
Start Date: Immediate
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our growing team, working on projects across West London and Surrey.
This is a pre-construction role with a combination of office and site-based work, offering the opportunity to manage projects from tender stage through to mobilisation while liaising closely with clients, consultants, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage mechanical projects throughout the pre-construction phase and then site based.
* Attend site visits and client meetings as required.
* Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
* Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Prepare project programmes, procurement schedules, and budgets.
* Ensure projects are fully planned and ready for successful delivery.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the M&E/Building Services sector.
* Previous prison project experience is preferred.
* Experience with EL1 projects is highly desirable.
* Strong technical and commercial knowledge.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
