Are you an experienced Mechanical Plumber looking for your next role in commercial building maintenance?
We're recruiting for a skilled Mechanical Plumber to join a well-established engineering team on a prestigious commercial site in Central London. This is a permanent, days-only position offering excellent earning potential, ongoing training, and genuine career progression.
The Role
As a Mechanical Plumber, you'll be responsible for:

Planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on commercial plumbing systems
*
Reactive plumbing repairs and fault finding
*
Maintenance of pumps, valves, pipework, water services and sanitary systems
*
Diagnosing and repairing plumbing and mechanical faults
*
Working alongside a team of experienced engineers to maintain a high-profile commercial building
*
Completing maintenance records and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
*
Previous experience as a Mechanical Plumber, Maintenance Plumber or Commercial Plumber
*
Background in commercial building maintenance or facilities management
*
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
*
Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance
*
Relevant plumbing qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent preferred)
*
A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
