Account Lead (Project Manager)
Avolon M&E is collaborating with a well-established MEP firm seeking an adept Project Manager to oversee a Framework account, servicing renowned companies across the southern region of England.
The ideal candidate will be either Mechanical Or Electrical Bias and demonstrate strong client-facing abilities. A comprehensive understanding of project management, including cost estimation, is essential.
The account primarily focuses on projects within the commercial and banking sectors, spanning from locations ranging from Watford down to Sussex/Kent.
This is a role for a seasoned PM who is looking to take a step towards more of a contracts management role.
Requirements:
* Either Mechanically or Electrically Qualified (Knowledge of both is advantageous)
* +5 Years Project Management Experience
* Experience running multiple commercial / retail projects at a time
* Project Values up to £800k
* Experience dealing face to face with clients and end user.
* Happy to Travel (projects could be based From Watford to Kent & Sussex )
