We are dedicated to excellence in refining operations. As a Mechanical Operator Technician, you will play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient operation of utility systems, including water treatment, Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plants, and other mechanical equipment.
Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain utility systems within the refinery, such as water treatment plants, CHP plants, turbines, pumps, and related equipment.
* Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
* Monitor system parameters, analyze data, and make adjustments to optimize energy production and efficiency.
* Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to ensure the safe and efficient operation of utility facilities.
* Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulatory requirements, maintaining a secure working environment.
Qualifications:
* Technical diploma or certification in mechanical operations, maintenance, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Operator Technician, preferably in a refinery or industrial setting.
* In-depth knowledge of water treatment systems, Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plants, and mechanical equipment operation and maintenance.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
* Ability to interpret technical documentation, schematics, and manuals.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
