Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

We are recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to work at a manufacturing facility in Birmingham.
This is a permanent role working as an on the tools supervisor overseeing the mechanical maintenance team.
The working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
The mechanical maintenance supervisor will be required to:
Supervise the mechanical maintenance team responsible for reactive and preventative maintenance work
Understand the various type of equipment int the manufacturing site (pumps, gearboxes etc)
Interpret and work from technical drawings
Train and develop team membersIdeally the mechanical maintenance supervisor will have:
A minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or team lead role
A Level 3 qualification in a mechanical engineering discipline (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
