Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and reduce recurring faults
Working closely with production teams to ensure maximum machine availability
Ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with company standards

The experience you'll bring to the team:

A recognised engineering qualification such as an Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, HNC or equivalent
Strong mechanical maintenance experience gained within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment
Basic electrical fault-finding experience and confidence working on multi-skilled maintenance tasks
Welding and fabrication skills
Experience working with mechanical drives, conveyors, pumps, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
A proactive approach to fault finding and problem solving
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment

And this is what you'll get in return:

Circa £42,000 annual salary
Monday to Friday three-shift rotation
Company pension scheme
Ongoing training and development opportunities
Secure employment with an established manufacturer
Opportunity to work within a supportive engineering team on a well-invested site
