Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
£230 per day - Ongoing Work
08:00 - 16:00
Various Locations in East & Central London
1st Step Solutions are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer who would be interested in working for an M&E Contractor with live hotel projects across Central and East London.
Your responsibilities will include:
* A mix of planned & reactive maintenance
* FCU maintenance
* AHU maintenance
* General mechanical works
* Possible opportunity to be added to the call out rota (additional pay)
* Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with current regulations
Skills and Experience Required:
* CSCS Card desirable
* Plumbing / Heating / Building Services Engineering Level 2 or 3
* IPAF / PASMA desirable
* Must be willing to work on multiple projects
