£54,000 - £56,000 + Bonus + Excellent Pension
8-Hour Rotating Shifts | Permanent
The Role
An award-winning manufacturer is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join its engineering team. This role is focused on planned maintenance, continuous improvement, reliability projects, and machinery upgrades, with less emphasis on day-to-day breakdown response.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
Assist with machinery upgrades and engineering projects
Mechanical fault finding and repairs
Work on conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and production equipment.
About You
Mechanical maintenance experience within manufacturing
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Experience working on industrial machinery
Continuous improvement mindset
Engineering qualification preferred
