Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
£230 per day - Ongoing Work
08:00 - 16:00
Various Locations in East & Central London
1st Step Solutions are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer who would be interested in working for an M&E Contractor with live hotel projects across Central and East London.
Your responsibilities will include:
A mix of planned & reactive maintenance
FCU maintenance
AHU maintenance
General mechanical works
Possible opportunity to be added to the call out rota (additional pay)
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with current regulations Skills and Experience Required:
CSCS Card
Plumbing / Heating / Building Services Engineering Level 2 or 3
IPAF / PASMA desirable
Must be willing to work on multiple projects
