Mechanical Building Services Engineer
Location: West London
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am-5.00pm
Pay Rate: £22.00ph
Temp to Perm contract.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join a fantastic maintenance team at a prestigious London University.

Responsibilities:
Reactive Maintenance/PPMs/Breakdowns
Emergency Lighting/Fire Alarm Testing/Water Treatment
Statutory Compliance
Carry out Preventative & Reactive maintenance on Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings and compressors.
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Chillers - Re-set
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds etc)
Ensuring logbooks are kept up to date
Escorting specialist sub-contractors
Assisting other engineers
Offering technical supportRequirements:
C&G in Building Services/Mechanical
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled experience
Good communication skills
