Mechanical HVAC Engineer - No Call Out
Kettering
£40,000

Permanent position for a mechanically biased HVAC maintenance engineer, to work as part of a 3 person engineering team on a static site in Kettering. This role is working days Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. 

Your main duties will include (but not limited to):

PPM tasks – filter changes, air handling unit maintenance, split systems for air conditioning. 
Minor Reactive works
Contractor management
Minor fabric works - for example basic plumbingThe ideal candidate will be qualified in either mechanical engineering or plumbing (City and Guilds or NVQ), with previous experience in a maintenance role, and happy to turn their hand to all aspects of facility maintenance. Fgas qualification is highly desirable for this role. 

On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of up to £42,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave plus stats.
